1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account on UnfollowRadar or using our service, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you don't agree to these terms, don't use the service.

UnfollowRadar is operated by Kudometrics LLC, a company registered in the United Arab Emirates. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Kudometrics LLC.

2. Description of Service

UnfollowRadar is a social media analytics service that tracks follower changes on publicly accessible social media accounts. We only process publicly available data and don't require access to your social media accounts.

We provide tracking, reporting, and analytics for Instagram, TikTok, and Twitter/X accounts. Our service is subscription-based and requires payment to access.

3. Accounts and Registration

To use UnfollowRadar, you must:

• Provide a valid email address
• Create a secure password
• Register only public social media accounts
• Be at least 13 years of age
• Provide accurate information

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activity that occurs under your account.

4. Subscription and Payments

UnfollowRadar is a paid service. All plans require a monthly subscription. Prices are shown in USD and may be subject to applicable taxes.

• Starter: $9.99/month. 1 social account, 1 platform, up to 5,000 followers
• Pro: $19.99/month. 3 social accounts, all platforms, up to 25,000 followers
• Premium: $39.99/month. 7 social accounts, all platforms, up to 100,000 followers

Subscriptions auto-renew monthly. You may cancel at any time. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period. We don't offer refunds for partial months.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Track private social media accounts without authorization
• Use our service for harassment, stalking, or surveillance of individuals
• Attempt to circumvent any technical limitations of the service
• Share or resell access to your account
• Use automated scripts or bots to access our service
• Use the service for any illegal purpose
• Violate the terms of service of any social media platform we track

6. Data and Privacy

Your use of UnfollowRadar is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. We only process publicly available social media data and the information you provide to us directly.

7. Service Availability

We aim for high uptime but can't guarantee uninterrupted service. Tracking accuracy depends on the availability of public data on social media platforms and may be affected by changes to those platforms' APIs or policies.

We may temporarily suspend or discontinue the service for maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond our control. We'll try to provide advance notice when possible.

8. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of UnfollowRadar, including the software, design, logos, and text, are owned by Kudometrics LLC and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on our service without our express written permission.

9. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

UnfollowRadar is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We don't guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of tracking data, as this depends on third-party platform availability.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Kudometrics LLC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

10. Termination

You can cancel your account at any time from your Settings page. We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these Terms or that engage in abuse of our service.

Upon termination, your access to the service will end and your data will be deleted according to our data retention policy.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We'll notify you of material changes via email or a notice on the service. Continued use of the service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of the UAE, unless otherwise required by applicable consumer protection laws in your jurisdiction.
